I started training with Chris some 9 months ago, after loosing 7 stone, I really needed to increase my very limited fitness level and seriously tone up. Embarking on this journey and losing fat, losing flab I never thought I would enjoy it, but I did. I gained a very valuable ally.
What I've achieved with support from Chris has been invaluable, using a mix of cardio, weights and boxercise, my overall strength and fitness has improved so much in such a short space of time. I'm now able to perform exercises and lift weights that I never would have attempted on my own.
I've learnt so much, Chris is willing and open to share his knowledge and nutrition tips he always answers any question I can come up with.

I recently had a 1 to 1 session with Chris to devise an appropriate exercise regime to facilitate quite large gaps between the half marathons that I run. The task was to ensure that my event preparation was not hampered by a low level of fitness.
Chris very quickly grasped my needs and talked me through what he felt I should do to achieve my objective, not only that he explained why which is hugely important to an athlete at any level.
He added a few exercises that would both help my fitness and also addressed the historical injuries that I carry. I also asked his advice in terms of my general nutrition, this has already improved thing for me. I have to say that I was impressed with Chris in terms of how he approached things and the way he conveyed his ideas and expertise which are clearly extensive.

I have trained regularly over the years and thought in general I knew a bit about training and fitness. After meeting and taking Chris's instruction in the gym I realised how wrong I was. His expertise brought me up to date with the latest scientific proven methods to improve health, fitness, diet and well being.

Highly recommend Chris! Chris has helped me massively throughout the most recent lockdown. I had been suffering with a painful shoulder and knee whilst exercising. Due to the recent lockdown rules, Chris has managed to help me out over Zoom, not only fixing the pain I had but also sorting out alignment issues which was causing the pain to come back.
