I approached Chris at Adfitness at the end of August to ask for his help with getting into a routine for exercise and diet. I felt I had lost my way over the last couple of years and weighed heavier than I felt comfortable with.
I run two businesses, have two teenage sons and an elderly Mother to look after so keeping fit and healthy is essential for me which is why I have made it a top priority. We all tend to make time for work, family and socialising and it can make us feel guilty to create some ‘me’ time; but when you have such a busy lifestyle it becomes even more paramount to take care of yourself. I am delighted that I’ve committed to a regular training session with Chris at Adfitness and see it as a sound investment.
Not only does Chris keep you focussed and make each training session different and enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable about his industry and takes time to explain things in detail which gives the reassurance that you’re in safe hands. He genuinely cares and if you have any questions he is always more than happy to help which is a good feeling because I want to be sure that I’m doing the right thing to get the right results for me.
It’s not about getting a perfect figure by having to suffer a restricted diet, it’s about finding the balance, enjoying your food (everything in moderation) and learning how to exercise effectively so you become energised and can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Chris is helping me to do this; in just 8 short weeks I have lost and gained! I have lost 11½lbs and gained more energy!

For the last 4 years I have been experiencing extensive problems in my right shoulder - I was a competent volleyball player and gym-user. 2 years ago I was advised to give it all up due to this injury.

Since then it feels like I have been passed around both in the NHS and Privately continuously. Everyone could identify there was a problem and that the shoulder was not moving right but no one, nor any amount of MRI's, Xrays, physios or acupuncture (etc etc) could explain why. 2 years on with no one able to provide any answers I began to feel like a write off, I am only 24!

Recently I was advised to contact Chris, I did so without much hope, thinking it would be just the same as every other countless physio I have seen. I voiced this to Chris and he accepted the challenge.

I knew by the end of my first session of NKT with Chris that this is not the same. I have seen Chris only twice and am seeing more improvement than I have experienced with the various treatments over the past 4 years. I am already able to use my shoulder in a normal way and have reduced pain. I would recommend both Chris and NKT to anyone out there with an injury they just cannot seem to tackle, or the NHS just don't seem to have the time to deal with.

I've been seeing Chris for well over a year on and off for PT Training, usually when I'm injured and don't know what to do with myself. The sessions are great as they are a;ways tailored around your needs. Chris will assess you abilities and find your weaknesses so you can work on these areas to become stronger and hopefully prevent injury. His PT sessions are always professional but he still manages to make them fun. He's a great motivator who I would highly recommend.

I started training with Chris some 9 months ago, after loosing 7 stone, I really needed to increase my very limited fitness level and seriously tone up. Embarking on this journey and losing fat, losing flab I never thought I would enjoy it, but I did. I gained a very valuable ally.

I recently had a 1 to 1 session with Chris to devise an appropriate exercise regime to facilitate quite large gaps between the half marathons that I run. The task was to ensure that my event preparation was not hampered by a low level of fitness.
Chris very quickly grasped my needs and talked me through what he felt I should do to achieve my objective, not only that he explained why which is hugely important to an athlete at any level.
He added a few exercises that would both help my fitness and also addressed the historical injuries that I carry. I also asked his advice in terms of my general nutrition, this has already improved thing for me. I have to say that I was impressed with Chris in terms of how he approached things and the way he conveyed his ideas and expertise which are clearly extensive.
I have been around the fitness world for many years, however Chris installed a new level of confidence and I learnt a lot from him
