On Wednesday 4th September I was honoured to be invited to speak to the Wye Valley Riding Club at the Beaufort Hotel in Chepstow.

My presentation introduced the topic of Movement Neurology to the members and explain how even though our physical injuries may have healed as much as they can, our central nervous system can still carry a sensitivity and effect our movement. It can limit our range of motion, reduce our strength and overall effect our confidence in our ability.

If we can identify the problem and correct it, we can allow the body to move with confidence once more. We then spoke about ways to progress and regress our exercises so that they can be achievable and our goals can be attainable.

It was great fun presenting to the members and I am grateful to the committee at the Wye Valley Riding Club for the opportunity.

If you would be interested in a talk to your group, business or organisation; please don't hesitate to get in touch.
